I need to replace the handles on my bathroom faucet. It's the orginial 1980 faucet that was installed when built. I can't see a name anywhere on the faucet. When I removed one of the handles there was a P-P and a number written inside. Does this mean it's a Price Pfister? I tried universal handles and they did not fit.

  1. Take the handle to the store with you. That way you'll have a sample to compare with.

  2. take handles to a contractor supply home depot and lowes are not recomended being that all of thei employees are idiots

  3. The brand and model number (more like a part number) of the faucet is usually on the back side of the base where you can't see it well being near the backsplash. Use a mirror to look and read it.

    Good Luck.
