  2. You can ask their friends (assuming they're impartial friends) otherwise you can't.

    You can learn about small aspects of their training through tests or questionnaires (standardized) but people for some reason object to this in a social situation.

  3. The only way you would know would be from another person's perceptions or from their friends.
