How do I know that I am drunk?

I still can talk and act normal but my head is heavy and i do feel dizzy or disoriented. AM i drunk or how do u define a drunk person.

You just sound like you are coming down with a cold.Take half a bottle of warm rum & drink it quickly with 2 Aspirin.You should have something in your tummy though.Cook yourself a couple of pork chops.

Slurring words, walking unsteadily are but a couple signs of drunkenness. Falling over foot stools, passed out drunk people, and other lower than eye level things is usually a sure sign.

you we know by yourself when ur drunk, you will not act normal, you could maybe still walk but you will feel like your head is shaking around and you will talk to everyone you see. and you will talk about things that dont make sense and you mostly wont remember any of those things .sometimes when you drank alot you might black out or puke.

The same way you know you're full after you've eaten - you know.  Some people feel bloated, some feel satisfied, some are miserable.  You get the point.  

Basically you described a state of body that will get you a DUI at best.  Dizzy and disoriented are side effects of a drug.  Alcohol is a drug.  So you are under the influence.  

Don't drive that way, okay?

Only YOU think you act normal when you're drunk. I would say dizzy and disoriented are goods signs of intoxication.
