How do I know that my hamster is pregnant?

I mated my hamster with my sisters and i've never mated a hamster before so how to i know it worked?

She will soon get fat, and eat/drink more. She might make a big nest for her upcoming litter. When you do know she's pregnant, try feeding her foods that are high in protein like, cheese, peanut butter, and oats. Don't force it to her! Make sure you keep the father separated from the mother, also, or he might eat the babies. Best of luck to your mommy (maybe!) hamster and her babies! (=

When my robo hamster was pregnant it looked ill and stayed in the corner of it's house for about 1 week.

It will begin eating much more. And drinking much more.  They will make a large nest for their upcoming litter.  Also if you check under them when you pick them up, the female's nipples should begin to pertrude more.
