How do I know what my cycle in days are.. what does that mean when they ask if im on a 28 day cycle?

It is the number of days from Day 1 of your period to the day before it starts again. Average is 28 days, but some are longer and some are shorter.

How many days are there between each period is what they mean.

Counting from the day your period starts count 28 days from then and that would be the time it's due next month. But don't worry if it doesn't come exactly 28 days -- everyone is different 28 days is the average but it varies from every 20 days to every 45 days. Everyone's cycle is diffrerent.

A 28 day cycle means that you get your period, then once it has stopped, it is another 28 days before you get it again.  Or, it could be 27 days, 29, 30, etc.  That's what they want to know, how long in between each period in days.

your mesntral cycle is calculated by the first day of your period to the day before your next period starts.

28 day cycle is the avarage, but they can be longer or shorter which is also normal
