How do I know whether a home based internet job that requires initial membership payment is reliable?

it is based in US and claimed that you can earn money via focus group study, answering research questions & data entry.

no way to earn money from home, part time, full time... all scams.

if they want any money up front, sign of somebody else getting paid for doing nothing.... you won't make a dime.
