How do I know which processes to delete that will optimize my computer speed?

The computer is so slow and I've deleted my cache, cookies and some temp files already. Now I need to delete some processes - which one must I leave or which to delete.

Don't delete processes just because your computer is slow.

First thing you should always do,is make sure  you have maximized your memory.

Install as much as you can.

After that, run a virus or trojan scan for malware.

Spy-bot,or Adaware will do.

After doing that,defrag your hard drive,and delete any programs you no longer use.

There are a lot of reasons computers slow down,but stopping running processes can be very harmful,if you don't know what you are doing.

After doing the above if you must stop processes,at least Google them,before stopping.
