How do I land a Pharmaceutical Sales Job without Pharmaceutical sales experience?

I have a 4 year degree and several years of sales experience.

Read "Hard Sell" to learn more and to gain insight into what kind of person they need.  Mormons (door-to-door missionary work), military officers, and hot chicks are desired.

Go back to school and study pharmaceutics. There is no other way to get a job without experience for it.
