OK, I'm 43...was a fatty for about 10 solid years..right through my 30's. At 41 had a heart attack lost a lot of weight began lifting..seriously.

Understand and apply macro and nutritional concepts, have tried low carbs (lost lots of hard earned muscle) Have tried lots of cardio, (everyday right when I wake up, HIIT, running, steppers, jumping rope etcetcetc) and I vary my cardio I keep my body guessing. Drink no less than a gallon of water daily most days closer to two...

No matter how skinny my freaking arms and legs get... my belly and b***s are still there. They go down, but I never lose that Under arm(armpit), lower belly and chest fat completely .....It sucks.

Everyone says that I am obsessing and they may be right...so be it.

I have spent the last year and a half seriously, training, supplementing, and eating... my rest, my workouts, my journaling are all text book. Have taken, Lipo6, Hot rocks, Fucothin...etcetcetc

what do I do ???

(again, please try to not give me the basics, I know them and have practiced them... I don't care about size anymore..not until I can see my abs completely)

very FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!

Thanks

  1. high intensity weight training, although you would be a mad man to do that after you have had a heart attack.

You should also get your hormone levels checked out, especially estradiol E2 (estrogen) levels checked. Because if that is too high, you will NEVER get your body fat low.

lasty,  you need to stick to a super high protein, good carb, low fat diet.

increase your testosterone levels AFTER you get the levels checked by your doctor. he may even prescribe you testosterone replacement therapy which will make you feel like a man in his 20s again , many men your age have very low T levels. so go get all that sorted out, if you need more help or info contact me.

  2. Those body parts you complain about would loose fat basically only when your metabolism would change..

As a matter of fact, exercising has not much to do with the metabolism.

It is more about food actually.

I don´t know if this would sound basic to you or not, but the intestines need cleansing; when they are still blocked (from years before) your metabolism has no chance to change... is this basic or shall I continue?
