look it up on the internet or get a female friend to show you, your daughter will appreciate it that you tried anyway.

There are lots of videos in youtube.com. Goto youtube.com and search for "Braid" or "French Braid".

Check with your local parks and rec department (sometimes called a park district).  My park district has a class two or three times a year that teaches parents how to do their little girl's hair.  If your park district doesn't have a class like that, ask them to start one.  Most park districts are always looking for new class ideas and would probably be happy to develop the class for you.

Also if your daughter is involved with girl scouts or another type of girl's club, ask the leader to set up something like that.  I'm sure there are lots of dads- and moms, too- who would like to learn how to do their daughter's hair.

Maybe take her into supercuts, and ask them to show you. Most of the women in there know how to braid and french braid and would be willing to show you.

Like many of the other users said just go on youtube and find some videos. I would teach you but 1. I don't know you and 2. I don't know where you live.

Two thumbs up on wanting to learn!  I have found that hair styling is a little difficult to learn from reading instructions.  Ask around and see if you can find someone that would be willing to show you.  Good luck!

Take your daughter to an area cosmetology school and they will instruct you, check with a friend or family memeber see if any of them know how or even your area hairdresser.
