I have 12 years experience in the mortgage industry. I would like to switch careers and work in the healthcare industry. How do I get my foot in the door?

Apply for jobs at hospitals and doctor offices that have jobs you qualify for, not all jobs require a healthcare background.  You may want to consider taking a Medical Terminology course, that will make you a bit more qualified for jobs.
