  1. I suggest learning from a gymnastics teacher.  That would not be something I would go into martial arts and learning within the first "few times'

    Hope this helps!

  2. trampoline.

  3. It may sound silly, but do like cheer leaders do..

Have someone guide your body through the motions, repeat this many times...

Have them reduce the amount they help you over time, & when you're comfortable enough, try it out yourself on a safe area though on a mat or something..

You could also get a feel for it by practicing under water.

  4. Use a Spotter. Have him put his arm across your chest below your arms and the other one at the small of your back. Try your back flip. Your spotter will keep your head from hitting the ground. He needs to be standing to your left side with his right arm across your chest and his left arm at the small of your back.

  5. i learnt by watching a couple of tutorials on youtube and then going and doing it into the pool first then onto some mats. eventually i went to a gym and spoke to an instructor there and he told me i was going lots of smal things wrong. so a good idea would be to watch some tutorials so you know what to do then find an instructor to help you. also never try if you arnt completely sure you can do it, if there is any doubt in your mind you wont be able to do it.
