How do I learn who is calling on the phone for free ???

Question

I keep getting calls from someone I don't know I have 2 numbers ,but no way to learn who they are for free..How can I accomplish that task?I am not paying when they don't leave messages ,I also don't want the hassle of their calls

on both sites, just click on "reverse phone" or "reverse look-up"...put in the # that is calling and if it is a listed # in a phone book then it'll show who it is...cell phone #'s will not show up.  hope ya find what you are looking for......
