How do I let my school know I've changed my name?

Hi, so I recently changed my name (over the summer) and I would like to know how to inform my school of my change, since I didn't get any paper work from the name change yet.

I know it's a weird/odd question to answer. thanks.

Just fill in your new name on the Registration Card.
