How do I lift a picture from a folder in my 'C' hard drive and paste it here on my Profile page?

I'm just 'puter-smart enough to get into trouble trying to do new things I haven't been instructed point-by-point as to "How To Do It"! Thanks -- anyone!!

Hello dbHarm

Your going to love this. Your picture is uploaded via your 360 page located at http://360.yahoo.com/ .  Go there and click 'Edit my page' in the left border. On the next screen click 'Edit personal photos' in the left border. Click one of the 'Browse' buttons and locate your photo on your computer and click 'Save'. When the photo appears above, click 'Set as primary' and again click 'Save'.  Come back to Yahoo! Answers and go to 'My Profile' and select the 'Edit My Info' link. and on the next screen choose 'Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture' and click 'Preview', click 'OK'.
