How do I limit the width of messages received in a yahoo! group posting?

I'm getting some messages in my yahoo group that are about twice the width of my screen, which makes reading them really difficult. I can't find a way to change column width or to otherwise make them wrap to normal width. Help?

this has to do with whose sending it and from where. incredimail does this all the time in yahoo groups. I don't think there is anyting you can do to prevent this.

I copy and paste it to my own mail which formats it smaller automatically, read it and then reply
