How do I locate a photo my sons biological grandfather. I just have name and birth year.?

  1. If you have a membership, go to http://www.ancestry.com/search/

    and then click on this tab "Photos & Maps".  On the next page, fill out the form headed with "Find photos, historical maps, and other media" with First Name , Last Name,  Keywords (like if he was in the military, put something like "World War 2"--with the quotes), Country (Australia to Wales is in a drop-down menu), and a Year Range. Click the Search button, and if there is a picture of him in someone's family tree, etc., it will show up. If you do not have a membership, let me know the details and I will see if there is any pictures of him available.  =)
