my husband has abandonded me and I need to contact his CO. unfortunately I don't have the number for the NCDOC, Norfolk, VA

guess 4780 you stupid whether or not of any personal disabilities or able to work a spouse is entitled to support. Thats the problem with men today always trying to skip out on whats right.
