How do I log into the system account on my pc?

I think during start up your hit f6 f8 f10 or something and go into safe mode then once everything done loading it will log you onto the administrator (system account)

Normally the system account is the administrators account. If you never set the password then there isn't one. Just start up in safe mode and it will give you the option to log in as the administrator.
