Question:

How do I loose 15 lbs in roughly 3 months?

I'm 5'3.5" and I weight 135. I eat pretty healthy, and I was thinking if I ran 20 minutes every morning that I could possibly drop some pounds. I don't think I'm fat or anything, I just want to get the layer of pudge off my stomach. Is there anything else that I could do to help?

  1. I THINK ITS BETTER TO RUN OFF YUR FOOD AT NIGHT


  2. running definitely helps. if you are more relaxed about losing weight and aren't in a hurry. the weight will come off gradually. and when you get more in shape and 20 minutes isn't doing it for you, maybe you will run faster or for a longer period of time. you already sound like your on a good track anyway. good luck!
