How do I... loose weight, get motivated, get good grades and stop being lazy?

I am a 3rd year in college. I work 20 hours a week which isn't much, I am thinking about getting a second job. I want to loose weight but usually loose motivation after a week. I also want to get good grades by studying more. I have a gym membership I pay for but never use. I want to stop being lazy, am I trying to take on more than I can chew? Help?

  4. No I think you want the same thing everyone does. I am in my last year of nursing school I only work 24 hours every two weeks I want to lose weight too.....I pay to go to the YMCA and only go for about a hour 4-5 times a week....I guess just think about want you don't want to be....It is like for me I don't want to have to buy bigger clothes so I got to lose weight....I don't want to ***** school so I have to study more and hardier...This is the only life I will ever get so I have to make the most of it...Work hard now play hard later.....Unless your broke don't get another job spend 2 extra hours studying and 2 extra hours at the gym......Or get a job at the gym or somewhere that you can study....kill 2 birds with 1 stone kind of...You can do you just have to...Do it now so that you wont have to later....Good Luck!!!!
