How do I loose wieght the healthy way ?

I am having this issue, I am only 20 years old and i wieght only 200lbs mind you I am really short about 5"1 and now it is effecting my life. Obesity runs in my family , and so does heart disease not only do I feel crappy and not getting depressed but I am scared for my health. I am getting married in 2 years and I want to fit into a nice wedding dress I want to be happy again. My fiance has tried to help me my mother and my bestfriend i have tried every diet it works for 2 wks then I loose it. I want to know what I can do any websites, supports, eating healthy plans something I need help before I have a heart attack and die at an early age. . . .

  1. you need diet and exercise, not one of those crash diets or no carbs count your calorie diets. just change the way you eat, eat only foods that are good for you vegetables, fruits, limit your bread intake but you still need some, eat fish and tuna they are rich in antioxidents, those things will help you feel better also. if diet and exercise dont work you may have a thyroid problem where you aren't able to lose weight on your own then you should see a doctor. good luck!


  2. There is no quick fix for weightless, it is going to take a long term commitment to diet and exercise. I am 6 feet and I lost 90lbs over 2 years ago, and the only thing keeping it off is the fact it too allot of hard work to get here, and being healthy and fit feels better then the food did.   3. Definitely do not turn to anorexia, this leads to a TON of problems. I would recommend Weight Watchers or something of that sort. Also, work out a ton, even though it will seem like you are weighing more sing muscle weighs more than fat, you will look a lot better and feel better about yourself.
