I tried loosening them with WD 40 and chiseling them with a screwdriver and hammer. Nothing works. The s***w heads are stripped out as well. Pliers do not fit on them to get a grip.

  1. I use Goo Gone. That worked for me. if you can't find it, use melted margarine

  2. First try soaking it with Liquid Wrench and letting it set for a few hours.  If this doesn't work, it is time for the drill or hacksaw as mentioned previously.

  3. How about a dremel with a cut off blade?

  4. loosen nope, remove with drill, saw, grinder, or cutting torch; as appropriate and/or available.

  5. If you can use a cut off blade on an angle grinder or a dremel that will work great. If you want to try the best penetrant on the planet it is called P.B Blaster. it is beyond any of the others. try it!!!

  6. Use a drill bit a bit larger than the s***w itself. Then install a larger s***w when you get it out...

  7. I have a Weber charcoal grill, and I have replaced most everything on it at one time or another. I have found a saw works best. Replace all the hardware when replacing the internal parts, and your work will be cut in half. Things will work better, and you will be much happier.
