  2. what i did was i worked out for 1 hour a day. i did 45 min of cardio and 15 of strength training and abs.  i ate around 1200-1600 calories a day i switched from day to day.  i ate around 6 small meals a day.  you just have to count your calories for everything. i suggest drinking mostly water because soda is so high in calories.  i ate alot of turkey sandwiches, tuna, fruits, special K, lite everything. it took about 3 weeks to lose any weight and then it just started to come off all at once.  it took alot of determination but you can do it.
