How do I lose weight! PLEASE HELP ME!?

ALL my friends r skinner than me..... 'n i can't stand to look at myself in the mirror anymore! The boys at skool called my fat 'n ulgy..... I weigh 106 pounds 'n accordin to my friends that's not good enough for a 13 year old anymore.... Soooo please give me tips! I run track and crosscountry but that's not enough i never lose the weight!!!

  2. thats fine for being thirteen. i have a friend whos really skinny and she weighs like 120...but she's also tall. you dont sound fat to me. just ignore the boys. and if you really want to lose some weight, eat lots of fruits and veggies and when your not running in track and crosscountry make sure your still exercising


  3. Does anyone read this question? No way this girl is fat! She is 106 pounds! That is not fat! Seriously, 106 is underweight even for a 13 year old. Stop reading the celebrity magazines and watching the movies where everyone looks like they are anorexic. Society has a warped sense of what is fat and what is not cause teen celebs are forced to starve themselves to look good! Do not listen to the kids at school. You are not fat, now if you weighed 150 or more, then I would be concerned! It's so sad that you see yourself as so fat.
