How do I lose weight after having a baby?

My daughter is fixing to be 2 in like 2 weeks. I am having a terrible time loosing my tummy. It just won't go away. It is disgusting. What is the secret? I need to lose it. I just don't know what to do.

  3. The only way I ever truly lost the "baby weight" was when I got realistic with my food intake and started excersizing regularly (4-6 days a week).  Some moms are different, though.

    As far as the tummy goes, I don't think most womans stomachs are ever really the same.  Pregnancy really does a number on the body!  I like to refer to my stomach as "the textured pillow."

  4. the secret is exericise and a diet u can stick to that is healthy

    one of the reasons why u arent lossing the weight may be like me 9 son who  is 3) is that yr body is still recovering from lack of sleep and tryign to adjust. - thats what my doc says

    i ol gained about 15 pounds after the kid but it has been impossible to shift.

    drink plenty of water - and have veggies around when u wan to snack

    ill recommend www.sparkPeople.com  - even though i  gave up using it- life got too busy

    in honesty there is no secret -  its whether u need / want to put in the work.  

  5. work out, don't eat junk food, try breast feeding, drink 8-10 cups of water a day ect.....
