How do I lose weight fast with not a lot of effort?

Ok, I'm a pro gamer and I have almost no time between my gaming, my writing, my school, and my work. But I'm 20 lbs over the weight I wanna lose, and I don't have the time anymore to practice Hakkyoku-Ken or anything, I can't even do yoga anymore. I was wondering if there was a mixture out there that I could make in my kitchen that would allow me to lose weight as I sit and do my duties.

(Also, please do not give suggestions to Lipo or any diet pilling unless vitamins. Remember I wish for a homemade concoction, not something that will cost an outrageous amount of money just to lose a tiny bit of weight.)

  1. Well i have on meal a day (dinner) and I weigh 8 stone so just eat less.

    Also it is healthy to lose 3lbs every2 weeks so. . .

  3. look nerd    find 25 min to 40 min in ur day  get off ur fata$$  and run  do intense fast sprints and then come home and do sit ups and push ups  u can make time dont worry lol   and watch ur diet just try to eat right  

  4. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you are consuming. If you are unable to burn more calories through exercise, you have no choice but to reduce your caloric intake. In two words: eat less. Make lower-calorie choices in your meals and avoid fatty, greasy, sugary, or starchy high-calorie foods and especially snacks. Good luck! You can do it, but it takes some discipline.

  5. There is no definite homemade concoction, it would have side effects, or it won't work. I could only tell you this few things.

    Please avoid this type of foods :

    Greasy, Oily, High-Calories, Fatty, Or Anything That can possibly make you fat.

    And also, take note, 1 bar of chocolate = 2.4km run.

    So watch your diet, do some exercise! maybe during school,

    you could RUN! instead of walking.

  6. working out does not make you lose weight, but lose fats. you're asking to lose weight, so the best way is to eat lesser and fix your daily diet.

    This is what I did, I took 5 meals a day but smaller portions. I ate more for breakfast, consume meat only once per day and I only eat steamed meat (lesser oil), usually soup for lunch and fruits for dinner. I lost 3 kilograms in a month, you might think it's only 3 kgs but at least I'm losing weight in a healthy way.

  8. Calorie count.  Eat 4-6 medium-small meals a day with calorie amounts evenly divided from your total.  Start with, say, 1700 a day for a bit, and then go down from there.
