How do I lose weight in a short amount of time?

It doesnt have to be a week but it would be nice if it wasn't as long as a year i know about the water,exersicing,healthy foods,green tea,but is there anything else?

  2. Nope. Don't think there's anything else. Do those things and you will lose weight.

  3. That's really all there is. Some advice that I can give you is to run every morning before you eat but after any exercise that you do (including running in the morning) wait 30-45 minutes until you eat. Also, you don't have to eliminate high carb foods, just make sure you don't eat until you feel sick and eat only when you're hungry. Don't listen to anyone who says a low carb diet will make you lose weight and keep it off, because it won't.
