How do I lose weight on my lower stomach??

I really wana lose weight on my lower stomach but I dont have the money right now to go to the gym or get gym equipment so is there any quick excersises I can do daily to get results??(tried doing crunches but it doesn't work)

  1. The best thing that you can do is do crunches correctly, drink a lot of water, and most importantly: stay away from pop. Also running and riding a bike helps a lot, especially running.


  2. Go on a  low carb diet for a week. It will work wonders. Cut out potatoes, bread, pasta, cake, rice, cereal, etc. I know it seems hard but after a week of eating only fruit, veggies and meat you will feel really refreshed and better than ever. Be careful when you start back up with the carbs again. When you do, start out slow by eating whole wheat bread, then a few days later add in some brown rice, etc. Don't go straight back to eating whatever you want. Also make sure to get some exercise...crunches will only work if you do them every day and do at least a few sets of 30 of them. Go for a jog around your town. Or take the steps at work instead of the elevator. Little things like that.
