I MAINTAIN my weight doing 45 min. of exercise a day and eating 1800 cal??
I'm 5'3 120 pretty good shape. I make muscle easily but just can't burn fat. I really have a hard time eating less b/c I just don't feel like I can exercise (I do eat HEALTHY fruits, veggies, brown bread, nuts, lean meats etc). And there's no way Imma add more exercise.
Wth is wrong with me?!?! I REALLY want to lose 10 lbs. ANY ideas??
