I have boy scout summer camp starting tomorrow; it's a week long. Every first day of the camp we do this swim test where we jump into a really cold lake and have to swim about 75 yards (i think). i hate having to swim in the cold murky lake and i have trouble breathing (in the cold) and i always get really tired and think i'll drown. most people swim better than me and past this test. i also get this constant sense of anxiety for the rest of the week; i never feel relaxed and always feel anxious and depressed.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!
