Question:

How do I lower the kb of an image I made on photoshop?

It's an animated banner and avatar. Both seperate images. The text is animated in both of them, not the whole image.

The highest the kb can be is 60.

This is kinda stupid but how do I figure out the amount of kb the images have also?

  1. resize .

One thing how do you animate the text ?

Please help me on that .

For resizing you can use paint I don't know how to do it on another .

Open paint, open the banner/avatar & go to image then sketch & stew on sketch change both 100% to 50% or 25% .  :)

  2. resize it.

    length x width = pixels

  3. go to image and select image size.

the site you are posting on may list the max pixel size...

    that will make it easier.

otherwise, see the file size in your documents

  4. It all depends on what you are saving it for or as!

If you are saving as a jpeg then very simple without having to make the size smaller than it is.

when you go to file save as choose jpeg and then save it will then ask you what quality you wish to save it is pre set to the quality that you opened the picture as but you can adjust this by entering the number in manually 1 -12 or by using the slide bar the lower the number the lower the file size,

    Hope this helps!
