How do I mail something in a puffed/bubbled envelope? Do I need two stamps?

hello friend!  if you get the envelope and seal the item inside, you can take it to the post office and they will weigh it for you to see how much it will cost for shipping.  it will depend a bit on where it goes...for instance if you want to ship it out of the country it will cost more than a domestic place.  have a good one!
