What do you mean by Amla Oil? Indian hair oil? Do you want it for hair? Amlas are available in winter time in India. I don't know if they grow anywhere else. They are full of Vitamin C and are used for so many ailments in Ayurveda.

The powdered dry amla can maybe be bought in other countries. Myabe you mix it with coconut oil then strain it. Maybe you boil together Amla and water and the oil until the water is gone and then strain it. I;m just guessing. Try to find an Ayurveda website and search. If there are practitioners advertised on it then you can contact them. Is it really easier to make it than to buy the made product? Maybe not available but somone could post it to you? Mail order internet sites especially.
