there is a free digital scrapbook program called scrapbook flair that you can download from here

you can also buy broderbunds' creating keepsakes software - which is from the printshop people - I bought this for $20 in Australia which I thought was quite cheap considering that it also does what most other printshop software does as well (business cards / newsletters etc.)

i use scrapbook factory 4.0.
