How do I make Fan Sites?

You could make a fan site using Yahoo 360.  Since you are already using Yahoo, that would be the easiest way, and it's free!  http://360.yahoo.com

LiveJournal is another free service which provides you with free space that you could use to create a fan site.

If you pay for internet service and have email addresses that are attached to that ISP service, oftentimes the ISP provider will give you "free" web space as part of the package.  If you have Earthlink, for example, you would receive free web space and could make your fansite using your Earthlink account.

If you get a domain name from yahoo, you will get a starter page. Use http://smallbusiness.att.yahoo.com/domai...  to set up one for 9.95 a year.
