How do I make Firefox Add-ons work for Firefox 3?

So... I just downloaded FF3 & added some new add-ons doing the usual restarting of firefox...BUT They're still not showing up. When I go to tools>add-ons>extensions It just says that I didn't restart. I restarted my whole computer, that didn't work either. I tried uninstalling FF3 & re-installing it, that didn't work either. Any ideas?

Unfortunately we are going to have to wait for the creators of each add-on to make them compatible with FF3.  If you cannot wait you can uninstall FF3 and reinstall the previous version.  That is what I did.  I love my add-ons and don't want to wait forever for them to get them compatible.  I know all this because I contacted FF.  :-)
