  2. try cardio interval training, this is where for example you run fast for 30 - 60 seconds and then you jog slowly for 60 - 90 seconds, you can do this on a bike, rowing machine any cardio machines really, do this for about 15 - 20 minutes everyday. doing this rather than an hour of normal cardio burns a h**l of a lot more fat, and if you follow this in two weeks your legs should be alot more toned and slimmer, but also always remember to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables as snacks and with meals, and change white bread for brown bread, little changes like that can make a huge difference. good luck

  8. ok i got this off another question- u cant just burn fat from one area of the body at a time.

    It's actually pretty simple but not fast. You are looking at 6 months if you are dedicated.

    1. Lay off the junk. No fast food, cake, pie, ice cream. Morings a small bowl of ceral. an orange. Find yourself the sweetest oranges you can. they are your new desserts. orange in the morning, lunch, dessert. Grapes, carrot sticks, new best friends.

    2. Lunch 1 sandwich, no potato chips c**p whatever. No coca cola, pepsi, soda (or pop, or whatever the regional term in the UK is. besides the carbonation in the drink helps steal oxygen from your blood stream. So, its help you gain weight and making you tired by stealing oxygen) Dinner. something sensible, try fish twice per week. Small portions lots of veggies and salad.

    3. Water is what you drink. period.

    4. Work out. Find someone that is experienced in working out with weights, and jogging, or boxing.

    5. Start jogging 3 times per week. start with 3K. If you can't go the whole distance thats ok. first week walk .75K. jog .75K repeat. Next week walke .5K jog 1K walk .5k. so on...within a couple of weeks you'll be up to 3k. It doesn't matter how fast you run. you want to stay aerobic while you jog. If you hyperventilate your not aerobic. once you can jog 3k for two weeks. got to 5K. Then 4 times per week, maybe 5. Take an ipod/mp3 you'll learn to like. you'll be making yourself tough. Start to lift weight. maybe someone you know has a heavy bag (boxers body bag) great workout. great stress relief. Make sure someone teaches you how to use it properly. This will build confidence. Weigh yourself everyother day. try to lose 1kg the first week. Hopefully once you're really working out and getting into it, you'll be losing to 2 to 3 kg per week.

    Last, cheat on Sundays. Make yourself be good all week long. and then on sunday have a bowl of ice cream, and have pizza and coca cola. but mon thru sat. you are a machine.

  12. I think 1-2 weeks is an unrealistic target!! Swimming, Pilate's and running are useful, also combine this with a healthy reduced calorie diet. It's difficult to 'spot treat' body areas, also there are no quick fixes to weight loss/toning. It takes time and effort, but it is well worth it.

  13. control pants are your best bet. usually the fat on legs is last to go.

  14. dunno bout 2 inches but fast weight loss is a low carb diet, as in no pasta, bread, potatoes. each meal is not to have more than 10 grams of carbs. eat any meats,fish, poultry, even processed like burgers etc,

    cheese, vegetables apart from potatoes and carrots. this along with a good exercise plan is probaly the fastest way to lose weight
