How do I make a Jester costume for halloween?

Well, I want something different this year, so I chose a Jester. Also, Me and my mom make the costumes by ourselves. (Aka, last year I was mario) I want the jester to be based off of dimentio from Super Paper Mario. But I have no idea how to make a jester costume, like the hat, the showl, the shoes, I have no idea.

Were can I get a design book/ things I need to make the costume?

Try looking for patterns at fabric shops near you. My sister was a jester a few years ago and my mom sewed her costume, and it turned out wonderfully,

one time i got a book of making clothes from the library, or you can check walmart or something
