How do I make a Starbucks Double Shot?

Fill a shaker with ice

2 pumps simple syrup or other flavor syrup(add extra pump for each size up)

add espresso shots(tall-2 ,grande-3, venti-5)

shake 10 times

pour into glass

pour a shot glass of whatever milk you like on top,enjoy.

Iced Americano's are ice with espresso shots and water.

They are very similar but I prefer the double shot way.

Ingredients

    * 1/2 cup fresh espresso

    * 2 1/2 cups low fat milk (2 percent)

    * 1/4 cup granulated sugar

    * 1 tablespoon dry pectin

Directions

   1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher or covered container. Stir or shakeuntil sugar is dissolved. Chill and serve cold.

   2. Makes 24 ounces.

   3. To make the "Mocha" variety:

   4. Add a pinch (1/16 teaspoon) of cocoa powder to the mixture before combining.

   5. To make espresso with a drip coffee maker and standard grind of coffee:

   6. Use 1/3 cup ground coffee and 1 cup of water.

   7. Brew once then run coffee through machine again, same grounds.

   8. Makes about 1/2 cup fresh espresso to use in the above recipe
