How do I make a Wooden Skim board?

I want to make a relay nice wooden skim board. what supplies do i need and how do I make the skim board. please respond soon. Thanks!

what are you skimming? i know some skim boards are used for concrete, please give us more info!

OOPS, I just realized you are talking about a type of surf board. I looked at the prices and they are between $25 and $60 right? I've been a carpenter for 18 years and I have all the tools to make one but since they are so cheap, why bother? You'll spend hours on it and it won't be near as good as one you could buy. It may sound like a fun project but between the weight of the board, the correct curvature(aqua dynamics), and the correct material, you may end up with something that doesn't even work
