How do I make a cleaning the house routine for all in my family?

We have my Mom and My brother who never does anything and me- I help when I can and my back isn't hurting. Brother does nothing to help but take the trash.

My Mom doesn't want to do it all and either do I!

How can I make a routine to help her. When I was younger my Mom never taught us a routine of cleaning.

First write all the chores that need to be done and then divided that amount in three. Now you know how many each person has to do. Then asked everyone involve what chores would they help with. Make sure that they understand that if they don't pick the right amount, they will get to do the shores no one else want. Then plan a time to do it. Morning, an hour, day, etc. Then planed with everyone what should be the consequence of not doing the chore in time. Not TV. games, birthday party, outing, a pair of shoes. What ever work for your family best. It has to be something that it will hurt, to go with out. Good luck.
