How do I make a custom notebook?

I want to make or buy a custom adhesive-bound notebook that has pages of a custom design. Does anyone know of any methods to make my own, or know a company that does this?

Well scrapbook go to a craft store and they should have a lot of easy do it yourself premade craftbooks. A cover I have nothing except to print out the page and glue it on. Otherwise just write and draw in it and it is like no other notebook on earth.
