    An alternative would be OpenOffice.

    http://www.openoffice.org

    It is a free (as in free beer) alternative to MS-Office, compatible with it with the extra advantage of having the built-in capability of exporting documents to .PDF format. ;-)


  2. There is a  Adobe Glitch, do this to download

    When you try to down load and get the "Getplus(R)" error, just close out the error window

    Then on the left side you will see the following

    Thank you. Your download will start automatically.

    If it does not start, click here to download

    Now click the "Click to download" in blue letters

    It should download now

    It is a free download

  5. You need a PDF maker or creator.  You can use FoxIT PDF Creator or Adobe Acrobat Professional or Nitro PDF.  However, these three are cost money.  But, you use download the plugin from Microsoft, if you're using Microsoft Office 2007.  This version of Microsoft do support creating PDF.


  6. You must buy Adobe Acrobat, but it's extremly expensive, $250-300 if i remember
