Like most others do...with spotlights, cameras and repeated confessions of humility about the act, just like Jesus instructed us to.

Be aware of your donation. Most organizations the amount you donate, very small fractions of it go to the cause. They use the term "Net proceeds" which is the net residuals after paying the fat salary of administrators, jet travelings, hotel fees, dining expenses....etc...left the proceeds would goes the the cause. For examples, supposed you donate $50 -- after the administrator gets their cuts your $50, who knows maybe left only 50 cents !

I heard on the radio commercial all of the time from the organizations seeking for donations. They're big money making business. Just remember when you heard the term "Net Proceeds" -- meaning what's left after paying their salaries, travelings, hotels, radio commercial,.... all of the organization expenses, then it will goes to the cause.

Use your good judgement when you donate.
