How do I make a good impression?

Question

I'm starting highschool in a week.

I realy, realy want to make an impression on my classmates (they are the same as last year, besides the new students)

Last year, I kinda dressed boring, I guess.

This year, I want to make an great impression the first day of school that will get people talking.

So, any advice on what I should wear (colorwise), how I should do my hair on the first day of school? What would impress people? What colors should I wear? What are some original (but impressive) stores, anything will help. How should I do my hair? Should I die it a new color? You don't have to answer all of those but, please help!

If this would help, I have medium length strawberry blonde hair, and fair skin...

Any other advice for making a good impression would be helpfull. =]

Hm...I dont know about the look you are going for...but I can tell you how to make a good impression on people.

Firstly, smile a lot, and be really nice to people. Talk to as many people as you can, just friendly conversation, and dont complain about anything, and just try to brim confidence, you know? And dont spill your guts, try to keep the littlest bit mysterious

Think about what you were wearing when you got the most compliments (preferably from both family and friends) - that's probably a great color on you.  Anything that really looks good on you will be impressive and it's hard to give tips without seeing all your outfits =P

Another thing that will be impressive is complimenting everyone else!  As selfish as it seems, most people are very flattered and will remember the person who said they looked great, or their hair was awesome or their outfit was rockin'.  Try it!  =)

http://i15.tinypic.com/6f9oxnr.jpg these are examples of bangs clipped up i love this style.(they are in the black boxes) its simple and adorable and just shouts out "i am hott and know it!" lol. you should be outgoing and have a cute laugh that people cant get enough of! bright colors no dull grey colors! well maybe wear black a bit. you can wear dull colors maybe once or twice a week. dont die your hair maybe get high light. or if you want die it a little darker
