two ways to do that:

1.use video edit program such as windows movie maker

2.use screen video capture software to record the part of video which you need,I think for a good screen recorder could be Total Screen Recorder I recommend.

Download the movie and then get your clips then delete your history of downloading it before the feds track ya down!!!

Put a DVD In your DVD Rom in your computer, RIP the files, then convert them to the file you need for Windows Movie Maker.
