i dont know but um if u have a myspace (if not create1) add a lyout site on myspace like backtalk and talk 2 them

First of all, it's "website", not "sight". You have to know at least some basic html & you'd have to pay to get a domain. You'd also need some sort of photo editing software like photo shop or paint shop to make nice layouts & graphics for your website.

Some people like to use their blog on myspace to post their layouts, so maybe try making a new account & post them that way. If you do decide to do that, you'll need to use a text area to post the code so that people can copy it & use the layouts you make, here is the code..
