How do I make a photo and make it my back ground on youtube?

I want to make a photo and put my you tube name on it. But I know how to make the photo, but i don't know how to put it on you tube. Help me??

I used photo bucket and i made my pic, but i can't , like upload it on the site.

Here's the deal: For it to be on You tube, It has to end in .jpg. Flickr doesn't and Photo bucket's address is too long. I need help! If you could make it like exactly like i make it and give me the link, that would be great!!

i don't use youtube as far the profile goes, mine's just purple in the back. but as a jpg, that should be what the original file on ur computer is in, so just upload it from ur pics if u can. or try the embeded code on photobucket.
