How do I make a picture that I have on Microsoft Word print onto 4 pages, 2 x 2? I want to blowup the picture from its 5 1/2 by 7 inch size on word and print it to be 11 inches by 14

You need to use a photo editing program to resize/resample the picture, and then if you must use Word (why?) copy and paste the "new" version of your picture into Word. Most photo software will have printing options. A free photo viewing/editing tool is "irfanview". Use it to resize your pic (save as, instead of save, so that you keep the original unchanged).
